Предложен совмещенный с прессованием радиально-сдвиговый стан новой конструкции. Представлен анализ конструкции существующих трехвалковых винтовых илирадиально-сдвиговых станов, применяемых для изготовления бесшовных труб и прутков из металлов и сплавов. Показано, что важным условием создания надежного и долговечного радиально-сдвигового стана является разработка конструкции машин, имеющих малое по величине зазоров. Установлено, что уменьшения зазоров в узлах главной линии стана может быть достигнуто за счет применения в рабочих клетях стана радиально-сдвиговой прокатки трех валков, надежных нажимных механизмов, гидравлических прижимов, шпиндельных устройств на подшипниках качения, индивидуального привода валков. Определено влияние разворота валков на угол подачи на напряженно-деформированное состояние тяжелонагруженных элементов стана новой конструкции. Показано, что новый стан имеет достаточно высокую жесткость конструкции клетей и удовлетворяют условию прочности. В результате моделирования упругой деформации тяжелонагруженных элементов нового радиально-сдвигового стана разработаны мероприятия по их модернизации.
