Аннотация. Одна из задач исследования – влияние роли нефтяного сектора экономики на социально-экономическое развитие страны. Социально-экономические программы финансируются за счет средств республиканского и местных бюджетов, в том числе средств Национального фонда. Средства Национального фонда РК на конец сентября 2018 г. составили 22,9 трлн. тенге, что на 6,2% больше, чем годом ранее - 21,6 трлн. тенге. При этом максимальный объем средств, находящийся на счетах Национального фонда, наблюдался в соответствующем периоде в 2016 г. - 24,9 трлн. тенге. В исследовании проанализировали поступления в бюджеты различных уровней и Национальный фонд от нефтяного сектора экономики. Доля поступлений от нефтяного сектора составляет от 50% до 100% в исследуемом периоде.
