Характеристики аморфного кремнезёма полученного из рисовой шелухи

Аннотация. В статье приводится как из рисовой шелухи, которой является конечными отходами рисообрабатывающего производства, можно получить кремнезема различной степени выхода, обработав при различных температурных условиях. Как правило, такие отходы подвергаются сжиганию или могут быть просто выброшены, дым, выделенный от сжигания таких отходов, может негативно повлиять на окружающую среду и привести к загрязнению. В настоящее время, в связи с развитием современных электронных технологий, аморфный диоксид кремния обладает высоким использованием. В этой работе были рассмотрены вопросы получения аморфного кремнезема. Для определения их характеристик, в процессе работы были использованы методы рентгеновского дифракции, инфракрасного спектрального и сканирующей электронной микроскопии. В данной работе определена чистота и структура диоксида кремния. Ключевые слова: Кремнезем, рисовая шелуха, зола рисовой шелухи, обжиг, диоксид кремния.
