Реализация научно-технических программ в Казахстане за период 1995-2010 гг. и их результативность

Даны общие сведения о научно-технических программах, зарегистрированных за период 1995-2010 гг. Проведен анализ их эффективности. Представлена динамика ресурсной обеспеченности научно-технических программ за 5-летние сроки выполнения (1995-1999, 2000-2004 и 20052010 гг.). Дана оценка научным результатам и их внедрению в разрезе типов НТП. Ключевые слова: научно-технические программы, динамика ресурсной обеспеченности научно-технических программ 1995-2010 жж кезеңінде тіркелген ғы л ы м и-техн и кал ы қ бағдарламалар ту- ралы жалпы мәліметтер берілген. Олардың тиімділігіне талдау жүргізілген. 5-жылдық (1995-1999, 2000-2004 жене 2005-2010 жж.) орындау мерзімін- де ғылыми-техникалық бағдарламалардың ресурстық қамтамасыз етілу динамикасы ұсынылған жене ҒТБ типтері бойынша олардың енгізілуіне және ғылыми нәтижелілігіне бага берілген. Түйінді сөздер: ғылыми-техникалық бағдарламалар, ғылыми-техникалық бағдарламалардың ресурстық қамтамасыз етілу динамикасы. The article provides general information about scientific and technical programs that are registered for the period 1995-2010. The analysis of their effectiveness is carried out. The dynamics of resource provision of scientific and technical programs for 5-year run (1995-1999, 2000-2004 and 2005-2010.) is shown and the evaluation of scientific results and their implementation in the context of types of STP is esteemed.
