Рассматриваются вопросы повышения промышленной безопасности магистральных трубопроводов и ответственного теплообменного оборудования Разработана технология очистки защитного покрытия поверхностей длинномерных труб в контейнерах, которая позволяет обеспечить бессточную, энергоэкономичную и высококачественную обработку поверхностей длинномерных труб. Возможна реализация мобильного варианта с размещением системы на шасси двух большегрузных автомобилей. Ключевые слова: магистральные трубопроводы, длинномерные трубы, большегрузные автомобили. Магистральды қубырлардың өнеркәсіптік қауіпсіздіпн арттыру мен жауапты жылу- алмастырушы жабдық мәселесі қарастырылады. Узынөлшемді қубыр беттерін ағын- сыз, энергоүнемді және жоғарысапалы өңдеуді қамтамасыз ететін контейнерлер- дегі узынөлшемді қубыр беттерінің қорғаныс жабындыларын тазарту технология- сы усынылады. Екі үлкенжүк автомобилінің шассилеріне жүйені орналастыратын мобилді нусқаны жүзеге асыруға болады. Түйінді сөздер: магистральды құбырлар, узынөлшемді қубырлар, үлкенжүк авто- мобильдері. The issues of industrial safety of pipelines and responsible heat exchange equipment are considered. Atechnology for cleaning the protective surface coating of long tubes in containers, which will provide drainage, energy efficient and high quality surface treatment of long-length tubes is proposed. Implementation of a mobile version of the deployment system on the chassis of two trucks is possible. Key words: pipelines, long-length pipes, heavy trucks.
