Твердение низкоосновных цементов

МРНТИ 67.09.33 №1 (2011 г.)
Доказана возможность получения активных низкоосновных цементов с использованием отходов обогащения скарново-магнетитовых руд. Особый интерес вызывает влияние изменений фазового состава клинкеров из техногенного сырья на темпы гидратации, вид новообразований и прочность твердеющих цементов. Выполнено исследование твердения низкоосновных цементов с различным соотношением силикатов кальция Ключевые слова: цемент, отходы обогащения, скарново-магнетитовая руда, клинкер, гидратация, твердеющий цемент, прочность цемента Құрамындағы алиті төмен цементгердің гидратациялануы мен мыкггылану ерек- шеліктері анықталған. Цементтің эр түрлі мерзімдерде қатаюының мықгылық көрсеткіштері берілген. Жасы көпжылдық цемент тасының құрылымы мен гидрат- тар құрамы сипатталған. Орнықгы тас қалыптасу үшін негізітөмен цементтердің артықшылықтары негізделген. Түйінді сөздер: цемент, негізітөмен цементтер, цементтердің гидратациясы, це- менттік тас. The researchers have found out the features of hydration and cement hardening with impoverished alite. The article shows the examples of cement strength in various period of hardening. There were featured the hydrate consistence and age cement structure. They proved the advantages of low basic cements for hard stone.
