При разработке способа получения кормовой добавки из вторичных материальных ресурсов пищевой промышленности задача состояла в создании комплексного продукта с высокой питательной ценностью. Ключевые слова: кормовая добавка, вторичные продукты, фуза, комбикорма.

Жүмыстың мақсаты тамақ енеркәсібінің қалдыктарынан қүндылығы жоға- ры кешенді жемдік крепа дайындау болды. Түйінді сездер: жемдік крепа, енеркәсіп қалдықгары, фуза, қурама жем.

By development of a way of reception of the fodder additive the problem consisted of secondary material resources of the food-processing industry in creation of a complex product with high nutritional value. Key words: feed additive, secondary products, fuzz, feed.
