Исследование осадки стальных цилиндрических образцов с изменением жесткости инструмента деформации

Впервые получены данные об изменении прочностных свойств при осадке стальных образцов в зависимости от жесткости системы «образец - инструмент - деформирующая машина" Ключевые слова: прочность стали, осадка стали, машиностроение, жесткость инструмента, деформация Металдарды қысыммен басу метапдардың деформациясы мен құрылымдық өзге- рістерін зерттеудің неп'згі әдістерінің бірі болып табылады. Қ.И. Сәтбаев атындағы қазақ ұлттық техникалық университетінің металдарды кысыммен өңдеу зертха- насында бірнеше зерттеулер жургізілді. Олардың негізі болатган жасалған цилиндрлік үлгілерге деформация құралдарының қатаңдығының әсерін зерттеу. Түйінді сөздер: құрапдың қаттылығы, деформация, туну. Deposit is one of the basic methods of research of deformation and structural changes of metals [1 -4]. The research was conducted in the laboratories of processing of metals pressure of the Kazakh national technical university named after K.I.Satpaev, where series of experiments connected with research on influence of rigidity of the deforming tool on steel cylindrical samples was run.
