In connection with the expansion of economic, trade and tourist ties between countries, the possibility of drifting especially dangerous animal diseases increases. The scientific research was related to the epizootic situation of the reproductive- respiratory syndrome and the circovirus infection of pigs. Based on the anti-epizootic measures carried out in pig farms and the results of the research, it is concluded that the viruses of PRRS and CIV circulate in pig farms in Karaganda, Akmola and Kostanay regions, regardless of the preventive measures taken against these infections, and also in the farms of the regions that don’t vaccinate against CIV.
