Анализ датчика измерения влажности на основе оптического волокна

Аннотация. В настоящее время необходимо дальнейшее повышение чувствительности, селективности, надежности и времени отклика датчиков. Датчик влажности на основе оптоволокна был изучен с интересом из-за его преимуществ, таких как высокая чувствительность, быстрый отклик, компактный размер и анти-электромагнитное сопротивление. Предложена и экспериментально продемонстрирована внутренняя чувствительность оптического волокна на основе интерферометров Фабри-Перо (ИФП) к влаге. Описан механизм лазерного зондирования и показатели его чувствительности. На основе этих анализов представлены принципы работы оптоволоконного датчика для измерения влажности. Ключевые слова: датчик температуры, датчик влажности, интерферометр Фабри-Перо, волоконная брэгговская решетка, относительная влажность, однородное волокно.
