Тhe effectiveness of the technological modes of spray drying is crucial for the operation of starch-making industries, determining the yield and quality of the finished product. The search for new methods and optimal technological regimes for obtaining dry glucose syrups is an important factor in increasing the effectiveness of starch production. This article discusses the possibility of establishing the optimal technological regimes of drying glucose syrups on the basis of mathematical modeling for an effective process of obtaining dry glucose syrup.
