Efficiency increasing of the operation оf forced automobile diesel engines by improving of oil volume control in the lubrication system

Annotation. Efficiency increasing the of automobile operation is the main task of the system of maintenance and diesel engines repair, in particular, by reducing the costs of current and major engines repairs, which are the most expensive unit (up to 25%). The reliability of the engines’ operation by minimizing the friction between the mating parts and the removal of excess heat from the most loaded elements, the performance of the oil and its characteristics at the established level during the operation of cars. The regularities of the influence of the oil volume in the crankcase of diesel engines, the intensity of changes in the technical state of the engine and the aging of oil during operation are investigated. The analytical dependencies of the intensity of engine oil aging, changes in the technical condition of the cylinder piston group and the engine crankshaft bearings from the oil volume in the crankcase of forced engines are substantiated. The process of preventing the lubrication system has been improved by optimizing the volume of the oil to be added to compensate for its combustion and leaks.
