Many statistics used in business for enterprise control and quality improvement applications are included in a common set of basic statistical data,
including chi-square test, t-tests and methods based on a common linear model. However, there are also a number of methods developed for specific business needs for enterprise control and quality improvement applications. This article discusses such statistical methods as time series analysis and decision analysis. A comparative analysis and advantages of each method are given.
